Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Hills brings precision, presence, and years of acute care expertise to regenerative healing. After witnessing the limits of symptom management, she rebuilt her practice around one principle: the body knows how to heal when given the right conditions. At PHMX, Dr. Hills integrates osteopathic medicine, regenerative therapies, fascia work, and trauma release to create deeply personalized healing experiences.

Troi Jorgensen, RN, brings a strong clinical foundation to PHMX through her background in emergency room medicine, IV therapy, and regenerative care. As Head Regenerative Wellness Nurse, she works directly alongside Dr. Hills to deliver comprehensive, physician-guided protocols that integrate IV therapy, stem cell support, and whole-system optimization. With extensive hands-on experience in regenerative therapies—and personal experience as a recipient herself—Troi brings both clinical precision and lived understanding to every level of care.
