General Care

What conditions do you help with?

At PHMX, all our services can address inflammation, degeneration and overall dysfunction in the body. Clients commonly seek care for chronic tension, pain, mobility limitations, stress-related symptoms, TMJ dysfunction, neck and back strain, nervous system overload, autoimmune disease, musculoskeletal pain/injuries, surgery prevention, fatigue, post-injury recovery, anti-aging, infertility, joint pain, skin issues, and overall health optimization. Each person's treatment plan is personalized after evaluation; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

What happens at the first visit?

Your first visit includes a detailed medical history review, structural and fascial exam, lifestyle assessment, and conversation about your goals. Dr. Hills evaluates the nervous system, fascia, alignment patterns, and areas of restriction. Together, you decide whether to begin hands-on treatment, blood work analysis, review regenerative options, add IV therapy, or create an integrative wellness plan.

Why is the PHMX process unique?

PHMX blends regenerative medicine, osteopathic fascia release, trauma-informed care, IV therapy, and quantum biology to create a whole-system healing experience. Dr. Tina Hills evaluates your structure, fascia, nervous system, and environment to understand why your body isn't healing — then builds a customized plan to support repair and long-term vitality.

What Makes PHMX Different

PHMX is unique because we:

  • Treat the entire system, not just symptoms
  • Prioritize nervous-system safety and fascial flow
  • Integrate regenerative therapies responsibly
  • Use hands-on osteopathy to prepare the body for deeper healing
  • Incorporate circadian and quantum biology for cellular energy
  • Offer concierge-level sessions and immersive micro-retreats

Every session is personalized for what your body needs that day.

Can I combine multiple services on the same day?

Yes, many clients combine osteopathic treatment, IV therapy, and quantum coaching in one visit. We will guide you on what pairing is most appropriate.

Regenerative Therapy

What is stem cell and cellular therapy?

Stem cell therapy uses the body's own regenerative cells to help repair, restore, and rejuvenate tissues. At PHMX, we use ethically sourced, umbilical cord–derived stem cells to support healing, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular repair. Each treatment is tailored to your unique physiology and health goals.

What are stem cells?

Stem cells are naturally occurring cells capable of supporting repair processes in the body. At PHMX, we discuss their potential uses in regenerative medicine and determine whether they may be appropriate based on your goals and history. All treatments are elective and individualized. We utilize mesenchymal stem cells obtained through the umbilical cord.

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny communication vesicles released by cells. They carry growth factors and signaling molecules that may support cellular communication. We review their potential role, safety considerations, and whether they may complement your treatment plan.

Do you offer stem cell or exosome therapy?

PHMX provides regenerative medicine consultations to determine whether stem cells, exosomes, peptides, or other options may be appropriate. You'll review risks, benefits, and alternatives before making a decision.

What conditions can cellular therapy help with?

Our stem cell protocols are designed to support clients with chronic pain, joint issues, inflammation, injury recovery, autoimmune concerns, and overall wellness optimization. We take a whole-system approach to help you achieve greater mobility, comfort, and long-term vitality.

How do I know if I'm a good candidate for cell therapy?

Candidacy depends on your medical history, inflammation patterns, injury background, and goals. Some clients need foundational bodywork or IV support first. Safety and suitability guide all recommendations. Our process begins with a comprehensive consultation and evaluation by Dr. Tina Hills or our clinical team. We assess your medical history, current health status, and goals to determine if stem cell therapy is the right fit for your needs.

Is stem cell therapy safe?

At PHMX, your safety is our top priority. We use thoroughly vetted, high-quality, third party tested, cellular products and follow strict medical protocols. While all medical therapies carry some risk, we ensure that each client is fully informed and that therapies are administered by experienced medical professionals.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary from person to person. Some clients notice improvements within weeks, while others experience gradual progress over several months. We work with you to monitor your healing journey and adjust your care plan as needed.

Are PHMX's regenerative therapies FDA approved?

Some regenerative therapies, including certain stem cell treatments, may not have FDA approval and are considered investigational. We provide full transparency about the status of each therapy and ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision.

What lab do you use for regenerative products?

We partner with The Center for Regenerative Medicine Laboratories (CRML) in Florida. They provide umbilical-derived products that meet strict safety, quality, and processing standards. All products are donated, and every client receives a full consultation, blood testing and physical testing to determine appropriateness and viability of products.

Are regenerative products tested for safety?

CRML products undergo donor screening, sterility testing, and quality checks. Dr. Hills reviews safety considerations during your consult so you can make an informed decision. With every therapy, you are provided a certificate of analysis and the sterility and quality documents.
